Sensei Steve is ‘the gift that keeps on giving.’  A passionate martial artist and Sensei, he was supported before, during and after the race by everyone in his Martial Arts club.  His pupil’s especially so.  From the handmade ‘Sensei Steve’ flag that he carried everywhere in his back pack, to the flood of emails he received every day it was clear that Steve had people running every step of the way with him.  A much loved and respected person, he clearly inspires devotion.  Spend a week with the man and you find out why; as kind as the day is long and as mild mannered as an off duty super-hero.  Easy to see why so many people hold him is such high regard. Just watch out for his ‘Crane.’
